Our Four Weekly Events
THURSDAY
Every Thursday — Cascadia
Participation fee: A$15 per participant
Capacity: Limited places per event
Start time: 6:30 pm
Format: Individual spatial strategy event
Approximate end time: 9:30 pm (around 3 hours)
Experience level: Beginner-friendly / mixed experience
Cascadia is our most relaxed night and a great place to start. It is an individual game of spatial strategy, where you place tiles, build habitats and plan patterns to make the most of your scoring decisions. The rules are approachable, so newcomers can pick it up quickly while there is still plenty of depth for experienced players.
Where offered, small non-cash recognition such as a certificate or board game accessory may go to standout players.
FRIDAY
Every Friday — Catan
Participation fee: A$18 per participant
Capacity: Limited places per event
Format: Social resource-management strategy tournament
Experience level: Mixed experience
Friday is our most social evening. Catan rewards resource management, trading and negotiation, so expect plenty of table talk as players make deals, plan their next move and adapt to a changing board. It suits mixed experience levels and makes for a lively night.
Where offered, small non-cash recognition such as a certificate, small trophy or club merchandise may be awarded.
SATURDAY
Every Saturday — Ticket to Ride
Participation fee: A$20 per participant
Capacity: Limited places per event
Start time: 1:00 pm
Format: Individual route-building strategy tournament
Approximate end time: 4:00 pm (around 3 hours)
Experience level: Beginner to intermediate / mixed experience
Our Saturday afternoon event is an individual contest of route building. Success comes from route planning, set collection, careful timing and efficient scoring as you grow your network across the map. It is easy to learn and ideal for newer players building confidence.

SUNDAY
Every Sunday — 7 Wonders
Participation fee: A$18 per participant
Capacity: Limited places per event
Start time: 1:00 pm
Format: Individual card-drafting strategy tournament
Approximate end time: 4:00 pm (around 3 hours)
Experience level: Mixed experience
We close the week with 7 Wonders, a quick-playing card-drafting event centred on resource development and city building. With several scoring paths and an emphasis on timing, each round feels different. It rewards clever drafting and keeps everyone involved from start to finish.
